Step-by-step guide

• Step 1 - email BioPortfolio a selection of key search terms and related information to be used to search across our database.  Please note that BioPortfolio can be highly specific - specify keywords/search terms, types of organizations and territories.  If available a link to a web page or message to be broadcast will be helpful. 

• Step 2 - BioPortfolio will email/telephone to discuss the number of email addresses identified, provide samples and "fine-tune" based on your feedback.

• Step 3 - arrange payment and delivery of emails in EXCEL file - see ordering.

Pricing

The rental fee for a single use licence is $250.00 (£125.00) per thousand email addresses, $495.00 (£249.50) per thousand email addresses with up to three uses in 12 months.  There is a minimum charge is $695.00 (£345.00) per list .  BioPortfolio also offer firstname/initial plus surname with each email at an additional charge of $100.00 (£50.00) per thousand.

Example costing:

1) 7,000 email addresses - single use licence = $250.00 X 7 = $1,750.00

2) 10,000 email addresses - multiple use licence = $495.00 x 10 = $4,950.00

3) 1,000 email addresses - single use licence = $695.00 minimum charge

4) 2,000 email addresses + name - single use = $350.00 X 2 = $700.00
