PRODUCT PORTFOLIO

ActivBiotics is developing rifalazil - a potent broad spectrum antibiotic that targets and inhibits the transcriptional machinery of bacteria. Previously studied in Phase I and IIA clinical trials, rifalazil is currently being planned for additional Phase II trials in several indications. In addition, ActivBiotics is owns a proprietary library of structurally related new chemical entities (NCEs).
