US Bioscience, Inc. is a pharmaceutical company focused on the development and commercialization of therapies for patients with cancer and allied diseases such as AIDS. Currently, three of the Company's products are marketed by US Bioscience and its commercial partners: Ethyol® (amifostine)

A selective cytoprotective agent for reduction of toxicities associated with cancer chemotherapy.

Hexalen® (altretamine)

An oral outpatient treatment for advanced ovarian cancer.

NeuTrexin® (trimetrexate glucoranate)

An intravenous treatment for Pneumocystis carinii pneumonia in immunocompromised patients, including those with AIDS.
