Wedgewood Technology Incorporated

Wedgewood Technology, Inc. was founded in 1982 and manufactures inline optical monitors and analyzers for the measurement and process control of liquid solids concentration, color and turbidity. In 1985, Wedgewood began designing systems specifically for Biotechnology with inline ultraviolet (UV) analysis and combination pH/Conductivity/Temperature measurement of process liquid in pilot projects and large scale production.

Wedgewood now has a comprehensive range of panel and rack mount instruments for pressure, pH, dissolved oxygen, conductivity, temperature, solids concentration, turbidity, ultraviolet analysis, visible light colorimetry, infrared analysis, fluorescence, bubble detection and in-situ cell growth measurement. Project work is also undertaken to provide instrumentation skids for chromatography, filtration and fermentation systems. All systems produced are of a sanitary design, utilize high grade traceable materials and are suitable for CIP and SIP procedures.
