ADGEN Diagnostic Systems

ADGEN has three main areas of business. First plant disease diagnostics; second, the detection of mycotoxins and microbiological contaminants in foods and feedstuffs and third, the development of novel diagnostic tests.

A wide range of diagnostic reagents and kits with applications for disease detection in temperate and tropical crops are available via ADGEN's Plant Disease Diagnostics Catalogue. These include many excellent and unique monoclonal antibodies; novel liquid substrates as well as buffers and reaction controls all packaged in sizes convenient for large and small-scale testing.



ADGEN has particular expertise in the production of immunoassay kits for laboratory and on-site use. These include IDENTIKIT™ 96-well test kits, EXPRESS™ 60-second bacterial detection, FLUORISCAN-IF™ for those requiring the sensitivity of immunofluoresence for bacterial detection and SPOTCHECK™, a brand new range of 15 minute tests for important plant viruses. Recently, ADGEN took the lead in introducing a PCRMULITISCREEN™ laboratory service for the major fungal pathogens of cereals.
