From bibliographic data or from specific screening programs, a drastic selection of microoganisms lead to optimized and controlled fermentation processes. Fermentation process is not the only know how develop in the department. We also create processes with both fermentation and purification processes in order to extract and recover the molecule which complies to specific data sheet
