AMECAt AMEC we employ a wide range of talented people - from scientists and environmental consultants to financial experts, engineers and project managers. They advise our clients on everything from planning, funding and design – through regulatory and environmental compliance, to project management and delivery. We work in diverse and often challenging environments, from sub-zero temperatures in the north of Canada to the heat of the Arabian Gulf. Our scale and scope mean that whatever the territory or the technical challenges, we will have the experience to help.
A health and safety discipline is fundamental to our culture and runs through everything we do. Safe delivery is an important part of the AMEC promise. But safe delivery goes beyond health and safety concerns. Working on customers’ valuable assets, we have to take responsibility for their investment, treating our customers’ risk and reputation as our own.
This has led us to build long-term relationships or partnerships with customers, which usually last over many years. Often, our customers are totally integrated with our organisation, working in our offices alongside our people, as one team.
