Information Network of Arkansas are: • To develop and implement gateway system to provide electronic access to members of the public to public information in cooperation with the Department of Information Systems. • To explore ways of expanding the amount and kind of Public information provided, increasing the utility and form of the public information provded, and, where appropriate, implementing such changes. • To explore ways of improving citizen and business access to public information, and, where appropriate, implementing such changes. The Information Network of Arkansas is comprised of a staff of professionals, trained in state-of-the-art information science technology, dedicated to bringing information and services to the citizens of the state via the Internet.INA also works closely with the Department of Information Systems to assist state agencies in creating and maintaining websites and developing internal applications for greater efficiency.
