Bio-Layer focuses on developing novel, high-value, biomimetic polymers for the rapidly growing markets of research and clinical diagnostics immunoassays, bioseparations, drug delivery, and medical devices.

Polymers are custom designed and optimized using combinatorial chemistry approaches, and then applied to industry-standard substrates. Bio-Layer's polymers improve the performance of widely used experimental formats such as microscope slides, beads, porous membranes, and microtiter plates, as well as medical products such as diagnostics, drug delivery systems, and medical devices.
