Bosnalijek, Pharmaceutical and Chemical Industry, has been in the business of drug manufacturing and marketing for 55 years. The company was established in Sarajevo in 1951. Today, Bosnalijek is a joint stock company and one of the most stable and successful companies in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The production pipeline of Bosnalijek consists of: ethical drugs, drugs for self-medication, disinfecting agents for use in medicine and disinfecting agents for wide use.
Proprietary production pipeline contains 202 products out of which:
- 179 come as different pharmaceutical forms and in different packaging
- 12 are disinfecting agents for use in medicine
- 11 are disinfecting agents for wide use
Bosnalijek is the leader at the domestic pharmaceutical market, while the income realized on 12 exporting markets has a constant tendency of growth. The introduction of Bosnalijek on the market of EU and seven countries of French-speaking Africa is rather certain.
