ChemAxon is a company specialized in the development of chemical software solutions for the biotechnology- and pharmaceutical industries.Our products and services include tools for the storage, management and display of chemical structures and reactions on various platforms. Also, we develop software for combinatorial chemistry and drug design. Maintaining portability among various operating systems (Windows, Mac, Linux, Solaris, ...) has vital importance in our development. We provide our partners with intra-, extra- and internet solutions for the handling of chemical data and information for a variety of purposes (in house use, communication in virtual teams, e-commerce, etc.) Besides the provision of our software, we often co-operate with our partners on large-scale projects that result in custom tailored solutions including the development of the company specific databases, intranet and front end. Technology used by ChemAxon: Java for system development, HTML/XML for web intefaces, communication with SQL database systems using JDBC for data storage and handling.
