Center for Clinical Informatics

The Center for Clinical Informatics specializes in assisting organizations to implement outcomes management programs for behavioral healthcare. Client organizations include managed care organizations, employee assistance programs and community mental health centers.
Clinical informatics is the process of converting data to accessible and actionable information that enables improvements in the effectiveness, quality and value of the services. Outcomes informed care makes use of clinical informatics to provide the clinician continuous feedback regarding their patients self-reported outcomes.

The key measure of provider performance in a value driven healthcare system is benefit to the consumer as evidenced by the systematic measurement of treatment outcomes.
