Drug Development Solutions Limited

Drug Development Solutions (DDS, formerly DDS Medicines Research) is one of the oldest UK-based Contract Research Organisations. We are independently owned and specialise in Phase I clinical trials, especially in First-In-Man and Phototoxicity studies. In more than 23 years, DDS has performed over 690 research studies, covering a wide range of pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic studies in all the major therapeutic areas.

We are located in Dundee, Scotland where we occupy a purpose built, 36-bed research unit adjoining Ninewells Hospital & Medical School, one of the largest hospital complexes in Europe. This location provides access to patient populations for Phase IIa efficacy studies (e.g. renal and hepatic impairment patients).
