EpiSafe is a privately held medical device company dedicated to the development and manufacture of medical devices for the oral cavity. It was founded in 2002 by Eran Lavi, who serves as CEO of the company, and it is chaired by Naomi Reem. EpiSafe is located in Kiryat Gat, Israel, and operates with the financial support of private investors and the Office of the Chief Scientist in the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the State of Israel.
EpiSafe has a proprietary technology platform, which it applies to the development of unique devices for protection of the oral cavity.
EpiSafe’s concern for the safety and protection of patients is supported by a strong team of medical advisors from a variety of disciplines and includes Prof. Miri Neufeld, Head of the Epilepsy and EEG Unit at Sourasky Medical Center, Israel, Prof. Rafi Finemesser, Head of the Otolaryngology Department at Rabin Medical Center, Israel, and Dr. David Madjar, Head of the Maxillofacial Rehabilitation Unit at Sheba Medical Center, Israel.
