The Finsen Laboratory is a cancer research clinic at the Finsen Center [text in danish]. The Finsen Center is a department organized under the Rigshospitalet [text in danish] (part of Copenhagen University Hospital) and consists of nine different treatment and research clinics. The nine clinics at the Finsen Center are geographically located at different places in Copenhagen. The Finsen Laboratory is the only clinic situated on Strandboulevarden (see map below).Rigshospitalet is a part of a regional corporation of hospitals - the Copenhagen Hospital Corporation (H:S) [text in danish]
