Genetix USA Inc

Genetix was established in 1991 when the worlds first automated colony picker went into production; this became the industry standard and the Q-Bot set the quality standard in our industry. Around the same time Genetix also designed the first 384 well plate which quadrupled production and hence the “Q” became a company identifier in many of our products.

We have further developed our instrumentation and today we offer with latest linear drive technology robotics for, Micro Arraying, Protein Excision, Cell Screening and selection, liquid dispensing and a host of related Reagents and Consumables.

Today we are based in New Milton on the south coast of England, the factory and offices occupy 47,000 sq/ft and we currently employ over 100 staff, with offices in Boston MA USA and Munich Germany. Our R&D teams consist of Hardware, electronic, Biology and software engineers, which are all based in our head office in New Milton. We do not sub-contract our R&D and we pride ourselves on our ability to support novel or unique applications as well as the more routine.
