Houston Headache Clinic

The Houston Headache Clinic, widely recognized as one of the premiere headache centers in the country, was established in 1976 for the diagnosis and management of headache problems. The physicians and staff of the Houston Headache Clinic treat each patient as a partner in the treatment of his or her own headache disorder, and patient education is central to this practice. The director of the clinic, Ninan T. Mathew, M.D., has extensive clinical and research experience in headache and related neurological fields. The Houston Headache Clinic provides in-patient and out-patient treatment for all headache disorders. We employ a variety of treatment modalities including pharmacological treatments, biofeedback, dietary counseling, psychological and behavioral therapy, chemo denervation using BOTOX®, and physical medicine.
