In Balance Healthcare UK (IBH UK) provides educational programmes and healthcare consulting services that underpin the philosophy of person-centred and empowerment principles in providing care for people with chronic diseases.Rosemary and Jill have worked in partnership as 'In Balance Healthcare UK'; since February 2002, primarily running educational events and facilitating meetings to help health professionals and people with diabetes move forward with their professional practice, service provision, and the approach they take to the management of diabetes.The partnership was created based on Rosemary and Jill's shared philosophy of person-centred care, and a recognition that new courses and educational methods need to be employed if this is to become core to the care of diabetes and other chronic conditions.
