Icoria is a biotechnology company focused on the discovery, development and commercialization of diagnostics and targeted therapeutics in diabetes, obesity, oncology and other areas of unmet medical need. Our objective is to detect and treat disease earlier, preventing the onset of serious illnesses or delaying disease progression to extend lives and improve quality of life for people with early stages of disease. Icoria has major collaborations with the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences, Pioneer Hi-Bred International and the National Institute of Standards & Technology's Advanced Technology Program.
Icoria's proprietary Gene to Cell to SystemTM approach has four major technology components: gene expression profiling, biochemical profiling, phenotypic profiling and pathway informatics
