They are used in place of conventional lenses in a variety of technologically advanced electo-optical applications.
Incom offers the broadest line of quality fused fiber optic products in a variety of configurations including: faceplates, image conduit, light guides, tapers (the largest available anywhere in the world), inverters and capillaries. All these components offer excellent image resolution with minimum distortion and maximum light efficiency. Fused fiber optic products from Incom are used in night vision, x-ray and electronic imaging, UV curing, information display and virtual reality.
