The Best Places to Work in Oklahoma project is a statewide program managed by the Best Companies group. This new initiative is dedicated to finding and recognizing Oklahoma’s best employers to raise the bar among our state’s employers and create the kind of excellence and employee satisfaction in the workplace that will attract talented people for years to come.Eligible companies participated in a thorough two-part assessment process designed to gather detailed data about each participating company. In part one, employers completed a questionnaire; in part two, 400 randomly selected employees completed an employee survey.
