Toronto, Canada – August 26, 2005 - Interface Biologics Inc. announced today the appointment of Richard W. Sullivan to the position of President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company.Mr. Sullivan brings more than 30 years of senior management and executive experience in the life sciences industry, having held key positions in early stage corporations since 1990. Most recently, as Chief Executive Officer of Atlantis Components Mr. Sullivan oversaw all operations of the company and was responsible for all aspects of its business.
