LA BioMed

The Los Angeles BioMedical Research Institute conducts biomedical research, provides education and training of scientists, and provides a variety of community services such as nutritional assistance, childhood immunization, anti-violence programs and various disease education initiatives.LA BioMed is located in Los Angeles County on the campus of Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. LA BioMed is a freestanding, not-for-profit biomedical research, training and service organization. It is an affiliate of both the UCLA School of Medicine and the Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, and has an annual budget of $58 million.
