La Costa Group LLC (LCG) is a management consulting firm with senior level expertise in corporate strategy and execution, business development, emerging technology commercialization, operations and finance.
We founded LCG in 1992 to provide high caliber leadership resources to companies whose internal resources are pressed for time, facing severe budget constraints, and struggling to cope with uncertain changes in the marketplace.
