L.E.K. Consulting LLC has been active in North America since 1986 with the founding of its Boston and Los Angeles offices. Since then we have expanded our reach with the acquisition of The Alcar Group's consulting and education services in 1993, providing the platform for our office in Chicago, and in 2000 we opened our office in San Francisco. L.E.K. has been growing its North American business rapidly across all our major sectors of work. Our annual growth rate has averaged over 12% in the last five years, and today we have over 175 professionals nationwide.
