Center for Computational Molecular Biology

The Center for Computational Molecular Biology (C2MB) is a non-profit, applied research organization focused on creating the next generation of bioinformatics software. Founded in 1999, we investigate knowledge discovery techniques from specialized areas of computer science. Our advisors are computer and life scientists from academia and industry with expertise in advanced simulation, data mining, machine learning, and software development. High potential methods are incorporated into prototype software for testing by organizations conducting research into microbial life, human health, and agricultural biotechnology.
