Medical Biological Union Ltd. (MBU Ltd.) is one of the leading manufacturers of Diagnostic Test Kits in Russia and the only Russian company in manufacturing and preparing of standard panels of sera for quality control.MBU Ltd. is a privately held company. It was founded in 1992 in the Novosibirsk Scientific Center by a group of Research Scientists. The manufacturing of enzyme immunoassay kits was launched by MBU Ltd. in 1995 after gaining the Russian Federal License for Production, Storage and Realization of medical means, items for medical aids, and medical equipment. In a relatively short time, MBU Ltd. has become one of the main players in the Russian market of diagnostic test kits and started actively extent its presence in international markets (USA, Asia Pacific, and CIS).
