MEVEX Corporation

MEVEX was incorporated in 1987 and at that time had two employees. It has grown steadily since then and now employs over twenty.
MEVEX designs and builds accelerator systems, high power modulators, RF systems, control systems, interface electronics, high voltage components, magnets and other equipment. We perform field service, design services, and installations for other manufacturers as well as provide training. MEVEX is the installation and service representative for therapy linacs in Canada for Siemens Medical. We do things differently than most companies. We apply engineering resources to field service and installations. We apply service experience to engineering projects and products.
We have been successful in identifying new market niches and moving into them in the most constructive way for all involved. MEVEX concentrates on core technical competencies and then molds the business around those abilities. While some businesses define their business plans and adjust the technology as required, we tend to fix the technology plan and very rapidly find a commercial outlet for that ability.
