Prior to 1978, Phil worked for Abbott Laboratories as a Recruiting Specialist and Compensation/Benefits Manager. Lee Douglas began his career with Almay Cosmetics. He advanced through the ranks and became the Director of QA and Technical Services before moving to Director of Materials. Lee joined PEA in 1983. A CQE, Lee is a member of ASQC, ACS, RAPS, and ISPE and specializes in technical recruiting.
