Phoenix Pharmacologics Inc., with its principal headquarterslocated in, San Diego, California, is a privately-held emerging

drugs to treat cancer and related disorders. Two of its protein
drugs are in late stage clinical trials: ADI-PEG 20 for the
treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma and metastatic melanoma,

associated with gout and tumor lysis syndrome. Another cancer
drug is in preclinical development. The Company has also
initiated a computerized small molecule drug-design program
based on the x-ray crystallographic structure of large target
molecules. The Company plans to establish partnerships
with pharmaceutical companies to commercialize its drugs
worldwide.
