QuatRx Pharmaceuticals Company is a pharmaceutical company focused on discovering, licensing, developing and commercializing compounds in the endocrine, metabolic and cardiovascular therapeutic areas. We currently have three product candidates in clinical development and one compound that we expect to enter clinical development in 2006. Our two lead compounds, Ophena™ and fispemifene, treat hormone deficiencies that result from aging in men and women.

Ophena™ (ospemifene), our treatment for vaginal atrophy, a common problem associated with estrogen deficiency in post-menopausal women, has entered Phase III clinical testing.
