Quest Pharmaceutical Services (QPS) is one of the fastest growing CROs in the industry. QPS is a GLP-compliant DMPK laboratory that supports drug discovery and development, founded by Dr. Benjamin Chien in 1995. Our technical staff brings the relevant industrial experience and expertise to facilitate our sponsors in their search for accelerated IND/sIND/NDA/AND. Our IND-enabling ADME package includes PK, protein binding, tissue distribution (QWBA and Microautoradiography), CYP450, and mass balance. We also offer a full range of drug metabolism capabilities including metabolic stability, metabolite profiling and identification, reaction phenotyping, inhibition, and in vitro and ex vivo induction. Our LC/MS/MS method development and bioanalysis services (small organics, polypeptides, antisense oligonucleotides) is supported by 39 triple quadrupoles, including 29 Sciex API-4000's. In addition to providing both CLIA type and full GLP compliant ELISA approaches to biomarker analysis, the QPS Biomarker/Immunoassay team offers ELISA and RIA methodologies for quantitative analysis of protein and polypeptide drugs, immunogenicity testing, and cell-based assays. Both QPS-USA's bioanalytical/biomarker facility and AAALAC-accredited animal facility are located in Newark, DE. Our QPS-Taiwan facility is located in Taipei.
