In the late 70’s Dr. K. S. Sawhney a pioneer, visionary and a social activist felt a need to provide better Health Solutions to the population of India. His commitment to this social cause resulted in the founding of the company in 1981. Working under his able guidance are a team of experienced and energetic young professionals with the capacity to take up any challenging assignment.

The new era of WTO Compliance, patents bill, etc have created uncertainty, while also increasing the risks and the opportunities. In the two and a half decades since our founding, our reputation for quality has kept our sales growing to the point where the present capacity had become inadequate. Keeping this and the new business/regulatory environment in view, we have re-located our manufacturing operations to a new state-of-the-art plant in excise exempted area at Barotiwala in Baddi District, located 25 km from Panchkula / Chandigarh, in Himachal Pradesh. Spread over 2700 sq yds of lush green foliage, picturesque surroundings, the site is different from the humdrum of typical industrial area and free from congestion and pollution.
