In December 2005, itlicensed the worldwide rights to CDTbasedibuprofen formulations to Wyeth Consumer Healthcare. TheCompany also has several prescription drug candidates which it believes provide tangible improvements overexisting products. Two of these products are in clinical evaluation and includes an immediate release CDTRaloxifeneformulation for osteoporosis and an extended release CDTOndansetronformulation for nausea andother related gastrointestinaldiscomfort associated with chemotherapy and radiation treatments.In the area of dietary supplements, the Company’s efforts are concentrated on meaningful improvements and
valueaddedformulations for human nutritional product applications.
