Smart Products, Inc. Manufacturer of Quality Pumps and Check Valves since 1984 Gas and liquid plastic check valves; air, vacuum and liquid pumpsfor low pressure, low flow applications. Smart Products, Inc. designs and manufactures an extensive family of pumps, check valves and related components for a wide range of applications including equipment used for medical diagnostic and treatment, gas analysis, filtration, beverage dispensing, printing and many others. These products provide accurate, reliable control of fluid or gas in advanced, low pressure, low flow systems. Smart Products also provides additional services such as custom designs, special testing, custom assemblies, and other value added services to meet customers' requirements. We are now ISO 9001: 2000 certified with both RAB and TGA accreditations.Smart Products, Inc. has added a new feature for our customers with special requirements. To complement the wide range of services offered by Smart Products, Inc. we have installed a fixed clean room. This clean room has been certified to class 10,000 (NEBB) since May 2001 and undergoes a rigorous semi-annual re-certification inspection. This permanent clean room facility encompasses over 1,000 square feet and includes an assembly room with inventory storage and state of the art testing equipment, a molding room equipped with a 55 ton all electric plastic injection molding machine, a gowning area, and an inventory receiving area. In addition, a magnehelic® pressure gauge is mounted outside the clean room.
