We operate our physician referral service for physicians who are on our medical staff. There are no charges to the doctors or to you for this service. Referrals are given on a rotating basis, but the final selection of a physician is based on your needs and preferences. To access our medical referral service, we require some personal information from you for our records. This information will be considered confidential, and as such will not be sold to third party mailing services. More importantly, the address information you provide us allows us to default your location preferences to the facilities and medical staff closest to your home.
