Syracuse Research Corporation (SRC) is an independent, not-for-profit research and development corporation chartered by the State of New York.
SRC was created by Syracuse University in 1957. In the early 1970s, the Corporation spun off from the University to become an independent organization. For almost 50 years, SRC has supported a broad range of federal government organizations and agencies and has developed a national reputation in a wide array of technology areas. During the past ten years, SRC’s employment has risen from 190 people to over 700 people. SRC has offices in ten locations, along with numerous customer support sites throughout the United States and is headquartered in Syracuse, New York.
