Cruachem Ltd, an Annovis Inc. company, is a leader in nucleic acid chemistry. Cruachem offers the largest range of DNA and RNA custom oligonucleotides available including oligomimetics (-molecular mimics used in antisense therapies), as well as DNA and RNA synthesis reagents and molecular biology kits. Our custom oligonucleotides are synthesised using our own high quality phosphoramidites manufactured at our ISO9000 and PSCOP registered facility is Glasgow. We provide products to over 35 countries worldwide, directly or through our network of 20 distributors. Thanks to our vast experience with nucleic acid chemistry, we can also offer contract nucleic acid production services from R & D scale, through scale-up, to Kg scale manufacturing.
