The British Society of Toxicology

The British Society of Toxicology (BTS) has its origins in the British Toxicology Club founded in 1971. The BTS was then established as a limited not-for-profit company registered in the UK. The membership of the Society now comprises around 950 individuals drawn from industry, academic institutions and regulatory authorities, and also includes student members. Though the majority of members are from the UK, a significant number are based overseas.
