The Corporation for Standards and Outcomes (CS&O) is a privately held company that provides performance management solutions to promote outcomes and accountability. We are a subsidiary of FHC Health Systems, Inc. headquartered in Norfolk, Virginia and considered a leader in the design and management of health care delivery systems. CS&O currently has 31full time staff with headquarters in Aliso Viejo (Orange County), California. Our Federal Programs office is located in Reston, Virginia.
