VistaGen Therapeutics is a biopharmaceutical company developing breakthrough drugs for disorders of the Central Nervous System (CNS) and diabetes.
Our lead drug candidate AV-101 targets two large CNS markets epilepsy and neuropathic pain. Our key R&D partnership applies our clinically predictive in vitro embryonic stem cell technologies to discover and develop a new generation of drug candidates for diabetes and other metabolic syndrome diseases.

We are developing an internal pipeline of products to provide late-stage product opportunities for large pharmaceutical companies by advancing new generation drug candidates through Phase 2 clinical trials and pursuing partnerships to complete Phase 3 development and commercialization. By combining internal and collaborative drug development programs, widely applicable core technologies, and multiple revenue-generating partnerships VistaGen provides both near and long-term investor opportunities.
