Yissum, the Technology Transfer Company (TTC) is responsible for recognizing and managing the intellectual property assets of the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
A researcher presenting an innovative breakthrough at a scientific meeting or publishing it in a journal, may draw interest of colleagues from the global research community. However, if lacking a commercial investment to transfer this technology into a product desired by the marketplace, these innovations will remain at the lab phase.
