ZelleRx Corporation

ZelleRx is committed to being the industry leader in the development of natural killer cell therapies through products derived from its proprietary NK-92 cell line. These natural killer cells have been shown to seek and destroy cancer tumor cells within the human body. In recent years, the use of NK cells for cancer therapy has emerged as a leading novel approach. NK cells were originally identified at the National Cancer Institute in the laboratories of Ronald Herberman, M.D., a member of the ZelleRx Board of Directors. The first product being developed by ZelleRx is ZRx101, based on the unmodified NK-92 cell line. ZRx101 has been demonstrated in numerous preclinical studies to be effective at killing a broad scope of cancers. ZelleRx is currently finishing Phase I clinical trials for ZRx101.
ZelleRx is also developing a pipeline of targeted products against specific cancers – ZRx102 and ZRx103. Each of these development products is based on variants of the NK-92 cell line, selected as a result of research and animal model evaluations that have been conducted in medical institutions.
The name “ZelleRx” derives from “Zelle,” the German word for cell and “Rx,” a shorthand notation for dosage. The combination of these two words defines ZelleRx's focus on developing cellular products for the treatment of cancer.
