Diagnostic Products Corporation manufactures and distributes medical immunodiagnostic test kits and related instrumentation which utilize technology derived from immunology and molecular biology. The tests are used to diagnose and manage a wide variety of medical conditions such as allergies, anemia, bone metabolism, cancer, diabetes, infectious diseases, reproductive disorders, substance abuse, thyroid disorders and veterinary applications.

The Company's instrument systems include the IMMULITE family of chemiluminescent immunoassay analyzers, AlaSTAT for non-invasive allergy testing, and the MARK 5 HSS for automating immunohistochemical staining. In addition, DPC maintains a leadership position worldwide in RIA.



The company's newest system, IMMULITE 2000, with its advanced software features and expanding menu, is becoming widely accepted by laboratories worldwide who need the "next generation of automation".



In addition, IMMULITE Turbo assays, the latest in the IMMULITE tradition, provide tests results in about 15 minutes. DPC's patented technology's impact on the future of patient care will reduce costs and improve patient outcomes.
