Alin Foundation

In 1972, Dr. Kenneth N. Matsumura established the Alin Foundation-Corporation primarily as a biotechnology research funding organization. In the 25 years since then, Alin Foundation has helped develop lifesaving treatments for the four diseases -- heart attack, cancer, diabetes, and liver failure -- which combined are responsible for most of the deaths in the United States today. Each of these developments represents a stunning breakthrough in its field.
