Immune Network Research Limited

Profile:A Vancouver, BC - based company, Immune Network Research Ltd. identifies outstanding commercial opportunities for new drug treatments, and takes them closer to market through rapid completion of critical milestones. Completion of these milestones is followed by licensing, alliances or spin-offs in order to create maximum return on investment for our shareholders.

Strategy:

Immune Network Research Ltd. has established a multi-disciplinary network of world class pharmacology experts in order to carefully select candidate drugs and technology.

Each prospective candidate opportunity will have an underlying foundation of strong science, protectable intellectual property, and a clearly identifiable commercial niche.

With rapid return on investment as the underlying basis of the strategy, the acquisition of rights, the addition of value, and the rapid divestiture through licenses, alliances or spin-offs will create a wide technology portfolio targeting important diseases, including Alzheimer's disease, Asthma, and AIDS.

Immune Network Research Ltd. will differentiate itself from other biotech companies by earning a strong reputation for successful commercialization of drugs aimed at these and other mainstream diseases.

Technological and Scientific Network:

Our extensive Network of Experts communicate and exchange information using the latest advanced business tools. The core group of the Company's Network includes pharmacology experts Drs. Brian Conway, Michael Grant, Sultan Karim, Heinz Köhler, Clive Page, and Michael Walker. Each of these experts provides a fundamental contribution to the Network.

Current Portfolio:

Our strategy allows for continuous project portfolio expansion and diversification. We believe this reduces risk for shareholders. Currently, we are developing products in three therapeutic areas:

Alzheimer's Disease: Immune Network Research Ltd. has acquired rights to a patent for the use of a group of compounds, based on an existing drug approved for another disease, in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease. The company anticipates that the next milestone for this project will be Phase II clinical trials.

Asthma: Immune Network Research Ltd., along with its joint venture partner Bridge Pharma, is carrying out research on a group of novel, non-steroidal, disease modifying agents for the treatment of asthma. The next milestone for this project will be the completion of laboratory studies on this group of compounds and selection of a clinical candidate

AIDS: Immune Network Research Ltd. has recently reacquired a 100% in this project involving a monoclonal antibody (1F7) which may represent a unique advancement in the treatment of AIDS. The company's former joint venture partner, ImmPheron, has completed pre-clinical research on the 1F7 antibody. This novel approach for treating HIV infection is aimed at resetting the body's immune system to continue to fight the AIDS virus even as it mutates. Immune Network is currently preparing a regulatory package for clinical trial approval.
