INEX Pharmaceuticals Corporation is a biopharmaceutical company that utilizes proprietary drug delivery systems and therapeutic compounds to increase the effectiveness and reduce the side-effects of anti-cancer therapies.

INEX's strategy has been to develop technology capable of making anti-cancer drugs more effective and reducing their side-effects, thus giving these drugs a competitive advantage in the marketplace. The basic approach has been to encapsulate the drugs in a lipid envelope that is carried through the bloodstream and delivered to disease sites where the drugs are released to carry out their therapeutic action.
