The InGene platform technology is based on a collection of clinical, lifestyle and environmental features obtained from individuals together with their DNA and serum samples integrated into a new type of database.

PHENOME

For data processing, each of the features will be encoded using expert annotation. Thus, a semantically organized data structure is created and integrated into a Medical Knowledge Database.
