NeoPharm is a pharmaceutical Company engaged in the research and development of drugs for the diagnosis and treatment of various forms of cancer. Presently the Company has several drugs which are in varying stages of development: BUdR(Broxuridine), liposome encapsulated doxorubicin ("LED"), liposome encapsulated paclitaxel ("LEP"), liposome encapsulated antisense oligodeoxynucleotide ("LE-AON" and with LED and LEP the "Liposome Products"), IL-13 PE38QQR ("IL-13") and Mesothelin SS-(dsFv)-PE38 ("Mesothelin Mab"). IL-13 and Mesothelin Mab are both Ligand Target Cytotoxins that specifically target cancer cells and leave normal cells unaffected.
