NIZO is a contract reserach organisation for the food en pharma industry. We are specialised in microbial systems, process innovation and technology, biopolymers and taste. NIZO food research has well-equipped laboratories, as well as a pilot plant enabling the step to be made from laboratory set-up to production level. The pilot plant is available for clients to test and optimise potential new production processes extensively before committing to investment in new equipment.
